目的探索不同月龄婴幼儿接种F基因型腮腺炎减毒活疫苗(Mumps attenuated live vaccine, MuV)后的免疫应答差异。方法招募无流行性腮腺炎疾病史且未接种过含腮腺炎成分疫苗的8-24月龄健康婴幼儿,接种F基因型MuV,采集免疫前和免疫后28d血标本,检测抗F基因型腮腺炎病毒中和抗体。结果分别招募8-12月龄、13-17月龄、18-24月龄健康儿童132名、104名、99名。3个年龄组儿童MuV免疫后抗F基因型腮腺炎病毒中和抗体阳性率分别为88.6%、90.4%、90.9%(χ~2=0.37,P=0.832),阳转率分别为87.9%、89.4%、89.9%(χ~2=0.27,P=0.874),几何平均滴度分别为1:5.88、1:7.12、1:6.83(H=1.25,P=0.536)。结论不同月龄婴幼儿接种F基因型MuV后均有良好免疫应答。
        Objective To determine the age-specific immune response to vaccination of children with an F genotype live attenuated mumps vaccine(MuV). Methods We recruited as study subjects 8-24-month-old healthy children who had not had mumps illness and had not received mumps vaccine, and offered an F genotype MuV to those who participated. We collected blood samples before and28 days after vaccination to test for neutralizing antibody against an F genotype mumps virus. Results We recruited 132, 104, and 99 children aged 8-12, 13-17, and 18-24 months, respectively. Post-vaccination positivity rates of neutralizing antibody were 88.6%, 90.4%,and 90.9%(χ~2=0.37, P=0.832) for the three age groups; seroconversion rates were 87.9%, 89.4%, and 89.9%(χ~2=0.27, P=0.874); and geometric mean titers were 1:5.88, 1:7.12, and 1:6.83(H=1.25, P=0.536). Conclusions Vaccination of 8-24-month-old children with an F genotype MuV showed a good immune response, regardless of vaccination age.
