摘要
通过对现有大功率变流器热设计的散热需求、系统成本、散热效率、系统寿命优化等设计方案的多目标综合优化进行研究,提出一种实现多目标优化的大功率变流器热设计方案。从热源功耗计算、散热方案设计、热仿真分析、试验验证等几个方面对方案进行详细介绍,最后通过试验验证了设计方案的准确性。
The multi-objective comprehensive optimization of heat dissipating demand, system cost, heat dissipation efficiency and system life optimization of high-power converter are studied, and a multi-objective optimization design of high-power converter thermal design program is proposed.The scheme is described in detail from the aspects of device loss calculation, heat dissipation scheme design, thermal simulation analysis and test verification.The accuracy of the design scheme is verified through experiments.
