“互联网+”背景下大学生班级自主管理机制探究

摘要
新时代随着我国互联网高速发展,在以人为本的教育理念下,高校大学生的自主管理方式有了许多创新。如何运用好互联网思维模式,对大学生班级自主管理机制创新具有重要意义。班集体作为学生自主管理的重要组织架构,大学生自主管理机制的完善,对于培养大学生的自我教育、自我管理能、自我服务、自我监督有着重要作用。本文通过对"互联网+"背景下大学生班级的自主管理机制的探究,为新时代高校大学生班级自主管理提供理论参考。
With the high-speed development of internet in the new age, a number of innovations have been made in the self-management in college students with the education philosophy of people-orientation. The topic of how to make better use of internet thinking pattern is of important significance to the self-management mechanism of college students' classes. As the important organization framework, the improvement on the self-management mechanism in college students' classes plays an important role in the self-education, self-management, self-service and self-supervision of college students. The paper intends to provide certain theoretical reference to the self-management of college students in the new age through the exploration of the class self-management mechanism in the context of "internet+".
