摘要
为了筛选猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病的有效防治药剂,采用抑菌圈法比较28种杀菌剂对不同猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病3株致病菌(PSA_1、PSA_2、PSA_3)的室内毒力,并测定药剂间复配对致病菌的联合毒力。结果表明,28种杀菌剂中20%溴硝醇、20%叶枯唑、40%百菌清3种杀菌剂对PSA_1的毒力效果较强,其EC_(50)值分别为32.56、43.12、44.06 mg/L,均小于对照药剂72%硫酸链霉素(对PSA_1的毒力效果EC_(50)值分别为44.56、54.56、77.82 mg/L)的毒力效果;而40%百菌清对PSA_2和PSA_3表现出较好的毒力作用,其EC_(50)值分别为53.21、54.45 mg/L,优于对照药剂硫酸链霉素。不同比例复配药剂的室内毒力筛选发现,20%溴硝醇+20%叶枯唑(质量比为3∶1)和20%溴硝醇+40%百菌清(质量比为3∶1)2种复配剂对PSA_1表现出较强的毒力,且为增效作用,均可作为田间猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病的有效防控药剂。
