醒脑开窍针刺法联合头针治疗脑梗塞合并高血脂临床效果分析

摘要
目的研究醒脑开窍针刺法联合头针治疗脑梗塞合并高血脂临床效果。方法选取陕西中医药大学附属医院脑梗塞合并高血脂患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(醒脑开窍针刺法联合头针)与对照组(常规针刺疗法),每组35例。评估两组治疗前后ADL评分、NIHSS评分、血脂水平与临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组ADL评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组;研究组TC、TG与HDL-C的血脂水平均低于对照组,LDL-C水平高于对照,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(94.28%)高于对照组(74.28%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论脑梗塞合并高血脂患者采用醒脑开窍针刺法联合头针治疗能降低患者血脂水平,改善日常生活能力,促进神经功能早期康复,提高治疗效果,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods Seventy patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia in Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into study group(acupuncture combined with acupuncture combined with scalp)and control group(conventional acupuncture),35 cases in each group. The ADL score,NIHSS score,blood lipid level and clinical efficacy were evaluated before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group. The blood lipid levels of TC,TG and HDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the LDL-C level was higher than the control. Academic significance(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.28%)was higher than that in the control group(74.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia can improve their blood lipid levels,improve their daily living ability,promote early recovery of nerve function and improve the therapeutic effect.
