摘要
目的:用心脏原位垫线结扎法制备大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,简化实验操作,提高造模成功率。方法:健康SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血组和缺血再灌注共3组,从心电图、心肌梗死面积、死亡率等方面对该模型进行评估。结果:用心脏原位垫线结扎法制备的心肌缺血再灌注模型较心肌缺血组可明显缩小心肌梗死面积,降低大鼠死亡率。结论:该建模方法较为简单易行,可靠性和成功率均有保障。
Objective: To establish myocardial ischemia-reperfusion rat models by in situ cardiac cushion ligation,simplify the experimental operation and improve the success rate of model building. Methods: Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,the ischemic group and the ischemia reperfusion group,with the models evaluated from the perspectives of electrocardiogram,success rates and mortality rates. Results: The area of myocardial infarction of the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion models established by in situ cardiac cushion ligation was significantly reduced compared with that of the myocardial ischemia group,lowering the mortality rate of rats. Conclusion: This method is simpler and easier,with the reliability and the success rate guaranteed.
