新生儿早期基本保健临床实施效果评价

摘要
目的引入世界卫生组织推广的新生儿早期基本保健技术,探讨适合我国的新生儿早期基本保健服务模式,降低新生儿死亡率、提高母乳喂养率、促进新生儿健康。方法采用临床非随机对照试验设计方法,实验组按照新生儿早期基本保健技术对2000例新生儿进行护理和保健,对照组采用传统新生儿保健模式对2000例新生儿进行护理和保健,观察新生儿Apgar评分、母乳喂养、脐带炎症及脱落时间等指标,比较两组的差异。结果新生儿早期基本保健组与传统保健组相比,新生儿Apgar低评分率、脐带感染率更低,脐带脱落时间更短,新生儿第一次母乳喂养成功率更高,且差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论新生儿早期基本保健模式操作方便简单,值得在其他地区推广。
Objective To introduce the basic early health care technology promoted by the World Health Organization,to explore the basic early basic health care service mode suitable for China,reduce neonatal mortality,increase breastfeeding rate and promote neonatal health. Methods A clinical non-randomized controlled trial design method was adopted. The experimental group was treated with 2000 newborns according to the early neonatal basic health care technology. The control group used the traditional neonatal care model to care for 2000 newborns. The indicators of neonatal Apgar score,breastfeeding,umbilical cord inflammation and shedding time were observed,and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the traditional health care group,the neonatal early basic care group had a lower rate of Apgar,a lower umbilical cord infection rate,a shorter umbilical cord shedding time,and a higher success rate of the first breastfeeding. The differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The basic early health care mode of neonates is easy and simple to operate and worthy of promotion in other regions.
