摘要
利用火焰热喷涂在Ti-Al合金表面喷涂铝涂层,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)观察及显微硬度测试等方法研究了铝涂层在850℃下的抗高温氧化性能。结果表明,涂层基体界面处平直,结合较好,主要为机械结合;在氧化过程中由于Al和Ti之间的相互扩散,形成了冶金结合的扩散层。高温氧化后,扩散层硬度明显提高,有涂层试样氧化速率明显低于无涂层的试样,其抗高温氧化性能好。
        High temperature oxidation resistance of aluminized coating thermal-sprayed on Ti-Al alloy at 850 ℃ was studied by metallographic microscope and SEM observation and microhardness test. The results show that the interface between coating and substrate is flat with good mechanical bonding. During oxidation process,metallurgical bonding diffusion layer is formed due to the mutual diffusion between Al and Ti. After high temperature oxidation,the hardness of the diffusion layer is improved obviously,and the oxidation rate of the coating sample is lower than that of the coating-free one. The results show that matrix is protected by coating and the high temperature oxidation resistance is improved.
