探讨证本质研究在完善中医辨证论治体系中的意义

摘要
随着证素、微观辨证、病证结合等新的辨证手段的提出,使得中医辨证论治体系得以进一步完善。但是,面对全球化的背景,中医辨证论治体系实现现代化、走向世界,仍然是一个重大的挑战,究其根本原因在于"证"的生物学基础不清。因此,笔者通过详述系统生物学和"方证"关系在中医证本质研究中的意义,深入地探讨了中医证本质研究中亟需解决的问题。为了能够建立更为完善的辨证论治体系,最终提出证本质的研究应该:首先,遵循"方证"的中医原创思维,特别重视基础证和经典方的特殊研究地位;其次,坚持"病证结合"研究模式,强调病证结合的层次性、方证与方病效应时间的不一致性以及亚健康状态在病证结合模式下的特殊地位;再次,引入系统生物学的研究手段,尽可能地获得海量而有价值的数据。
In recent decades, TCM syndrome differentiation system has been well developed due to some new differentiating syndrome methods such as the syndrome element, microcosmic differentiation, the mode of combination of disease and syndrome, etc. But, the globalization international environment has posed a serious challenge to current TCM syndrome differentiation system that has not yet completely realized modernization. We believed that the key to solve the problem was to break the researches on biological foundation of TCM syndrome. In this paper, firstly, we fully discussed the importance of systems biology as well as relationship between traditional medical formula and syndrome in the study of biological foundation of TCM syndrome. Then, to further improve the TCM syndrome differentiation system, we gave some advice about the urgent problems in the study of biological foundation of TCM syndrome. Above of all, the study of biological foundation of TCM syndrome should attach a great importance to the relationship between traditional medical formula and syndrome, one of original TCM thoughts, especially for the relationship between classical formula and basic syndrome. Secondly, some characteristics such as multi-layer and inconsistency of the onset time between syndrome and disease should be full emphasized when we adhered to the mode of combination of disease and syndrome. Moreover, the TCM syndromes of the sub-health state occupied a special place in the mode of combination of disease and syndrome. Finally, to get volume and valued data, the systems biology should be well introduced into the study of biological foundation of TCM syndrome.
