郭承伟教授治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变验案

摘要
郭承伟教授,山东中医药大学附属医院眼科主任,博士生导师,在治疗眼底疾病方面积累了丰富的临床经验。中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变(简称"中渗")是发生于黄斑部的孤立的渗出性脉络膜视网膜病灶,伴有新生血管及出血,最终可导致瘢痕形成的一种疾病,可引发中心视力下降,预后往往不佳。郭教授认为眼底血络脉道细微,属经络学说中的络脉理论,故在治疗眼底疾病时多从络病理论着手,并结合唐容川的"治血四法",采取整体及局部辨证相结合的方法,随证选方,效果显著,为指导眼底疾病的中医治疗提供思路。
Professor Guo Chengwei, director of the department of ophthalmology in the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, PhD supervisor, has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of fundus diseases. Central exudative chorioretinopathy(CEC) is an isolated, exudative chorioretinopathy of the macula, accompanied by angiogenesis and hemorrhage, which eventually leads to scarring, leading to decreased central vision and poor prognosis. Professor Guo believes that the fundus blood collaterals is subtle and belongs to the collaterals theory in the theory of channels and collaterals. Therefore, in the treatment of fundus diseases, we should start from the theory of collaterals disease, combined with tang rongchuan's "four methods for treating blood". We should adopt the method combining the whole and local syndrome differentiation, and select the prescription with the syndrome. The efficacy is significant. It also provides new thought for the treatment of fundus diseases.
