摘要
我国西南地区某铅锌矿石含Zn 14.28%,含Pb0.44%。为提高选厂处理量,采用"重介质-浮选联合"流程,结果表明,1~13mm原矿经重介质预先富集,可以丢弃产率39.38%,含Zn 0.97%,含Pb 0.061%的尾矿。重介质分选精矿和0~1mm原矿合并经磨矿浮选得到的最终精矿指标为:Zn品位58.53%,Zn回收率94.68%,Pb品位1.65%;Pb回收率83.95%;Ag品位220.88g/t;Ag回收率91.52%。
        A lead-zinc ore in southwest China contains 14.28%of Zn and 0.44%of Pb.In order to improve the handling capacity of the concentrator,a heavy medium-flotation combined process was adopted.The results showed that the tailings with yield of39.38%,Zn of 0.97% and Pb of 0.061% could be discarded after pre-enrichment on 1~13 mm raw ore by heavy medium process.The concentrate obtained from heavy medium separation and 0~1 mm raw ore were mixed for grinding and flotation.And the final concentrate indexes were achieved as follows:Zn grade of 58.53%,Zn recovery of 94.68%,Pb grade of 1.65%,Pb recovery of 83.95%,Ag grade of 220.88 g/t and Ag recovery of 91.52%.
