摘要
为稳妥完成我国机车车辆业用涂料水性化进程,在全面梳理国际国外国内相关组织和技术标准对VOC定义、测量方法、计算方法以及具体VOC释放量指标的基础上,分析我国机车车辆业用涂料沿革、部分省市对VOC排放的规定、面临的问题,提出降低涂装过程VOC排放的途径,对机车车辆用涂料的水性化及VOC减排控制提出建议。
To successfully complete the waterborne paint process of domestic rolling stocks,by fully reorganizing the VOC definitions,measuring methods,calculation methods and specific VOC release indexes that are specified by the relevant organizations and in relevant technical standards both home and abroad,the article analyzes the evolution of paints for rolling stocks in China,regulations made in some provinces and cities in view of VOC emission and existing problems;proposes the approach to lower VOC emission during painting;makes suggestions for waterborne paints for rolling stocks as well as VOC emission reduction and control.
