胃肠手术治疗中腹部正中切口的应用分析

摘要
目的探讨胃肠手术治疗中腹部正中切口的应用分析。方法选取本院2017年5月～2018年5月70例行胃肠手术治疗的患者,根据随机数表法分为观察组35例(实施右胸外侧腹部正中双切口进行手术治疗)与对照组35例(实施右胸外侧单切口进行治疗),对比手术情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,且术中出血量、切口长度均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组住院时间比较无意义(P>0.05)。结论胃肠手术治疗中腹部正中切口的影响效果显著,可降低术中出血量、术后引流量,减少并发症发生率,医师可根据患者病情选择。
objective to investigate the application analysis of midabdominal incision in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 70 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 35 patients in the observation group(performing midabdominal incision) and 35 patients in the control group(performing conventional surgery),and the operative situation and complication rate were compared.Results the length of hospital stay in the observation group was insignificant compared with that in the control group(P>0.05).However,the intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and the incidence of complications were all lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of midabdominal incision in gastrointestinal surgery is significant,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage,and the incidence of complications.
