摘要
肺动脉高压是一种引起右心室肥厚,最终导致右心衰竭甚至死亡的严重心血管疾病。作为心血管疾病的新型生物标志物,可溶性ST2被认为与肺动脉高压发病及预后相关。现对可溶性ST2在肺动脉高压中的研究及应用进展做一综述。
Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a serious cardiovascular disease that causes right ventricular hypertrophy,leading to right heart failure and even death.As a new biomarker of cardiovascular diseases,soluble ST2 is believed to be related to the incidence and prognosis of pulmonary arterial hypertension.This paper reviews the research and application of soluble ST2 in pulmonary arterial hypertension.
