基于代谢模拟的环控生保系统性能试验方法研究

摘要
为满足长期载人飞行任务环控生保系统地面验证试验的需求,提出了一种人体代谢模拟试验评价方法。通过采用新型模拟方法以及对原有方法的改进,显著提高了耗氧、二氧化碳排出、产湿、产热和微量有害气体排出等人体代谢模拟结果的精度。利用该方法开展了环控生保系统集成性能试验,取得了良好的应用效果。最后对冷凝水水质模型和微量有害气体控制试验方法的改进开展了讨论和展望,有利于提高试验的真实性和有效性。
        To satisfy the needs of ground verification test of environmental control and life support system( ECLSS) for long-term manned space flights,the evaluation method for ECLSS based on human metabolic simulation was proposed. After the adoption of the new simulation method and improvement of the traditional method,the simulation accuracy of human metabolism including the oxygen consumption,the carbon dioxide emission,the moisture production,the heat production and the trace hazardous gases emission was significantly improved. The integrated performance test of the ECLSS was developed by utilizing this evaluation method and good application results were obtained.In the end,the evaluation method of ECLSS based on human metabolic simulation were discussed and prospected.
