大小兴安岭国有林区生态建设水平和经济转型能力评价

摘要
从大小兴安岭国有林区生态建设和经济转型发展的现实情况出发,分别构建大小兴安岭国有林区生态建设水平和经济转型能力评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法和因子载荷分析法,根据2012年的相关统计数据,对大小兴安岭国有林区25个林业局的生态建设水平和经济转型能力进行了评价和分析,明确生态功能区建设下国有林区经济转型的初始条件。实证结果表明,大小兴安岭国有林区总体上生态建设水平较好,经济转型能力一般,但不同区域存在一定差距。因此,国有林区在未来的发展中应该将经济转型和生态建设紧密结合,以经济转型促进生态建设,加强生态建设以保障经济转型的顺利发展,不断促进生态经济协调发展。
Starting from the reality of ecological construction and economic transformation and development of the state-owned forest region of Daxiao Xing'an Mountains, respectively construct evaluation index system of the level of ecological construction and economic transformation of the state-owned forest region of Daxiao Xing'an Mountains. By using principal component analysis and factor load analysis method, according to the relevant statistical data in 2012, the level of ecological construction and economic transformation of the 25 Forestry Bureau of the state owned forest region of Daxiao Xing'an Mountains were evaluated and analyzed, to make clear the initial conditions for the economic transformation of the state owned forest region in the construction of ecological functional areas.The empirical results show that ecological construction of the state owned forest region of Daxiao Xing'an Mountains is better, and the economic transformation ability is generally, but there is a certain gap in different regions.Therefore, the development of state-owned forest in the future should be closely integrated with economic transformation and ecological construction, to promote ecological construction, strengthen ecological construction in order to ensure the smooth development of economic restructuring, and constantly promote the coordinated development of ecological economy.
