摘要
目前核电站水下光学定位系统拟采用的方法是通过视觉引导和激光引导相结合的方式。由于系统中ROV背上的LED灯、 PSD探测器、摄像头和激光器的准直镜四点异面, PSD探测器获得激光光斑照射并不容易。本文提出了一种核电站水下光学定位系统设计方法,该方法能使以上四点构成矩形或平行四边形,且ROV上LED灯在摄像机的视位置与PSD探测器在准直镜的视位置相同。因此,激光器可以直接利用LED灯在摄像机的视位置进行激光点射PSD探测器靶面。经论证,该设计方法可行且快速有效。
        The method planning to adopt is the one combining visual guide and laser guide in an underwater optical positioning system in NPS at present. Since the camera, the laser collimating mirror, LED and PSD on the back of ROV are not on the same plane, it is not easy for the PSD to be illuminated by laser spot. In this paper we present a design for an underwater optical positioning system in NPS, in which the above four points can constitute a rectangle or a parallelogram, and the LOS( line of sight) direction of the LED in regard to the camera is the same to the one of the PSD in regard to the laser collimating mirror. Hence, the laser can fire single shots on the target plane of the PSD by the LOS direction of the LED in regard to the camera. By demonstration, the design is feasible, rapid and effective.
