摘要

针对德国进口的焦耳加热陶瓷熔炉的定期检查和组件更换,在研究熔炉远距离操作组件的基础上,分析了可远距离更换组件的安装和拆卸方法,并结合工艺运行指出了拆卸过程中的注意事项;最后对熔炉可远距离更换组件的设计特点进行了分析,为今后同类型设计提供参考。
        Based on the regular inspection and component replacement of the Joule heating ceramic electric melter imported from Germany, the method of installation and disassembly of the remote replaceable components is analyzed based on the study of the remote operation components in the melter. Combined with the process operation, the precautions in the disassembly process are pointed out. The design characteristics of remote replaceable components in the melter are analyzed, which provides reference for the same type of design in the future.
