幼儿园教师继续教育研究综述

摘要
幼儿园教师继续教育对教师成长以及提高学前教育质量有着至关重要的作用。本文立足于幼儿园教师继续教育的价值,从幼儿园教师继续教育的现状、教育内容、教育策略以及教育过程所面临的问题着手,对国内外幼儿园教师继续教育研究成果进行梳理,并在此基础上对幼儿园教师继续教育发展进行展望。
The continuing education of Kindergarten teachers plays a vital role in the growth of teachers and the improvement of the quality of pre-school education. Based on the value of the continuing education of Kindergarten teachers, this paper combs the research results of the continuing education of Kindergarten teachers at home and abroad from the present situation, educational content, educational strategies and problems faced by the process of the continuing education of Kindergarten teachers, and on this basis,looks forward to the development of kindergarten teachers' continuing education.
