刘又文教授治疗髋关节滑膜炎经验

摘要
髋关节滑膜炎属中医学"痹证"范畴,刘又文教授依据体表部位分类将其细分为"髋痹"。刘又文教授认为其发生与体质因素、气候条件及生活环境等有密切关系,病机以正虚卫外不固为本,风、寒、湿、痰、瘀为标。文章通过总结刘又文教授治疗髋关节滑膜炎的用药特点及验案分析,将其依据临床表现及体征分为"创伤劳损""风寒湿侵袭""瘀痰凝结""肝肾不足"四个证型,治疗上分证型辨证施治,同时针对不同的证型辅助以牵引、手法、中药熏洗等,临床疗效显著。
Hip synovitis is in the category of Bi syndrome in TCM. In accordance with the classification of body surface,hip synovitis is classified into the subtype as hip Bi syndrome. It is believed that hip synovitis is closely related to body constitution,climatic condition and living environment. For the pathogenesis,the deficiency of antipathogenic qi and failure of defensive system to protect is as the primary; wind,cold,damp,phlegm and stasis as the secondary. By analyzing the characters of medication and case analysis,it is found that four types are involved,e. g. traumatic injury,invasion of wind,cold and damp,interaction of stasis and phlegm and insufficiency of liver and kidney. The treatment is given according to syndrome differentiation,assisting with traction,manipulation,herbal fumigation. The clinical efficacy is significant.
