摘要
目的:为贵州民族药材苦皮藤建立一个质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对苦皮藤药材中儿茶素进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对药材中儿茶素的含量进行测定,色谱条件:JADE-PAK ODS-AQ色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(7.8∶92.2)为流动相,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min。结果:薄层色谱法鉴别苦皮藤药材的特征斑点清晰,分离度良好;儿茶素在0.12μg~1.56μg范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程为y=369.51x-1.7732(r=0.9999),精密度及加样回收试验结果符合质量标准研究的要求。结论:该法简便易用,专属性好、结果准确,可用于苦皮藤药材的质量控制。
        In order to establish a quality control method for Guizhou ethnic medicine Celastrus angulatus Maxim,we adopted thin layer chromatography to identify the catechin in Celastrus angulatus,and high performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of catechin.The HPLC parameters were as follows:JADE-PAK ODS-AQ column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid solution(7.8∶92.2),the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.TLC results showed clear characteristic spots and good separation.The linear relationship of catechin whtin the range of 0.12 μg to 1.56 μg was good,and the linear regression equation was y=369.51 x-1.7732(r=0.9999).Precision test and recovery test results met the requirements of quality control standards.This method is simple and easy to operate,has good specificity and accurate results,and can be used for quality control of Celastrus angulatus Maxim.
