摘要
狗牙花(Ervatamia divaricata(L.)Burk.'Gouyahua')枝叶用丙酮提取,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和反相柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到6个吲哚生物碱。根据波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:coronaridine(1)、19-epi-heyneanine(2)、isovoacangine(3)、ibogamine(4)、19(S)-hydroxyibogamine(5)和apparicine(6),其中化合物2、3和5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
        Six indole alkaloids were extracted from the acetone extract of the twigs and leaves of Ervatamia divaricata(L.)Burk. 'Gouyahua' and isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and reversedphase chromatography. With spectroscopic analysis combined with their physicochemical data, the structures of these indole alkaloids were identified as coronaridine(1), 19-epi-heyneanine(2), isovoacangine(3), ibogamine(4), 19(S)-hydroxyibogamine(5), apparicine(6). Among these compounds, compound 2, 3 and 5 were obtained from Ervatamia divaricata(L.)Burk. 'Gouyahua' for the first time.
