水库移民环境安置规划对策

摘要
以韩江高陂水利枢纽开发建设征地移民为例,分析了移民安置与社会经济网络关系、移民安置规划与生态环境演化和移民关系协调与发展等核心问题,并对今后开展移民规划安置工作提供发展新思路。
Taking the land expropriation and resettlement in the d evelopment and construction of Hanjiang Gaopi Water Conservancy Project as an example, this paper analyses the core issues of the relationship between resettlement and socio-economic network, the coordination and development of resettlement planning and ecological environment evolution, and the resettlement relationship, and provides new ideas for the future development of resettlement planning and resettlement work.
