刘启泉治疗感染后咳嗽经验

摘要
刘启泉认为感染后咳嗽多由外感六淫引起,尤以风邪为主。病位在肺,病机为气(肺失宣降)、热(郁热蕴肺)、虚(气阴亏虚)、瘀(瘀阻肺络)四端。临证分为初期、中期和迁延期,治疗以扶正祛邪为主,根据分期不同,灵活采用宣肺祛邪、清解郁热、益气养阴、活血通络等方法,同时注意顾护脾胃。
LIU Qiquan believes that post-infectious cough is mainly caused by six climatic exopathogens,especially by wind pathogen. The location of the disease is lung,and the main 4 pathogenesis of the diseases are: qi(the lung fails diffusion and descent),heat(stagnated heat accumulated in the lung),deficiency(qi-yin depletion and deficiency),and stasis(stasis obstructing the lung collateral). It has preliminary stage,medium stage,and lag phase in clinical practice,and it is treated mainly by strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor. According to different stages,we should flexibly use the methods of ventilating lung qi and eliminating pathogenic factor,removing stagnated heat,boosting qi and nourishing yin,invigorating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals,and paying attention to securing the spleen and stomach at the same time.
