刘启泉运用对药治疗胃癌前病变经验

摘要
刘启泉教授认为胃癌前病变虽病机复杂,但不外气机阻滞、湿浊中阻、热毒蕴结、瘀血阻络、胃阴亏虚,提出"热毒血瘀"是胃癌前病变的主要病机,在临床上擅长运用对药治疗。刘启泉教授治疗胃癌前病变常用对药有:延胡索配川楝子,石菖蒲配郁金,白花蛇舌草配半枝莲,当归配三七粉,生牡蛎配浙贝母,沙参配麦冬。
In terms of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,Professor Liu Qi-quan thinks that thought its pathogenesis is complicated,including unsmooth qi activities,retention of damp in middle-jiao,accumulation of noxious heat,blood stasis in meridians,deficient stomach yin,the main pathogenesis of precancerous lesions is " noxious heat and blood stasis ".He is good at using drug pairs in clinical practice.The commonly-used drug pairs are as follows: Yanhusuo( Rhizoma Corydalis) combined with Chuanlianzi( Fructus Toosendan); Shichangpu( Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) combined with Yujin( Radix Curcumae); Baihuasheshecao( Herba Hedyotis Diffusae) combined with Banzhilian( Herba Scutellariae Barbatae); Danggui( Radix Angelicae Sinensis) combined with combined with Sanqifen( Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng); Shashen( Radix Glehniae) combined with Maidong( Radix Ophiopogonis).
