摘要
文96地下储气库是为满足河南、山东等省份季节性调峰、突发事件应急供气而建立的。气库的采出气CO_2体积分数为1.14%,采出时在井口及井底,天然气的含水量普遍高于对应温度、压力下的天然气饱和含水汽量,会导致较为严重的CO_2腐蚀;注入气为干气,不会产生电化学腐蚀。现场采用腐蚀挂片法监测气库井筒与管线腐蚀程度,检测分析了2口井的腐蚀情况,根据实验结果对比3Cr,P110,N80及其J55材质的腐蚀行为。研究结果表明,在气库环境下,四种材质中耐腐蚀性能最好的是3Gr,其次是P110,N80和J55。J55材质腐蚀速率已接近0.025 mm/a,两口气井井筒管柱与地面管线的腐蚀速率均未超过0.025 mm/a,属于轻度腐蚀。该研究也为储气库气井管柱的选材、恰当的防腐措施提供依据。
        The Wen 96 underground gas depot is constructed for peak shaving of natural gas supply in Henan and Shandong provinces and for the requirement of emergency supply. The CO_2 in the outlet gas of the depot is 1. 14%. The water in natural gas is higher than the saturated water of natural gas at corresponding temperature and pressure,which will lead to serious CO_2 corrosion. The injection of dry gas will not cause electro-chemical corrosion. The field coupon testing is applied to monitor the corrosion of well shaft and pipeline. The corrosion of 2 wells is analyzed and corrosion behaviors of 3Cr,P110,N80 and J55 materials are compared based upon the test results. The study shows that the corrosion rate of 3Cr is the lowest followed by P110,N80,J55 whose corrosion rate is near to 0. 025 mm / a. The corrosion rates of shafts and pipelines of two gas wells have not exceeded 0. 025 mm / a,which is mild corrosion. The study has provided a good basis for the material selection of shaft and pipeline for gas depot and application of correct corrosion protection measures.
