利用反井钻机施工煤仓的应用研究

摘要
车集煤矿2906运输巷煤仓位于2906运输巷车场与29胶带上山的空间立体交叉位置,结合2906运输巷车场煤仓上口为锚网索喷支护完好的巷道、下口为锚网索喷支护的采区主运输胶带巷的施工条件,选择采用反井钻机法开凿导孔施工。首先利用反井钻机施工一1.2 m的钻孔;然后安装反井钻孔下口溜煤系统;最后自上而下进行煤仓扩刷施工,利用下口溜煤系统出矸。采用自上而下钻爆施工,然后配合风镐扩刷至煤仓设计断面,煤仓断面采用锚网喷支护。应用表明,该方法提高了机械化程度,加快了煤仓运矸系统的形成,有效降低了工人劳动强度,提高了施工安全系数,掘进工效提高2倍,缩短了煤仓施工周期,加快了采区煤仓施工速度。
        Coal bunker of 2906 mining area in Juji Coal Mine locates at three-dimensional cross of 2906 transportation roadway and 29 belt rise. According to the Juji Mine 2906 mining area coal bunker upper was roadway with good support,lower was waste rock chamber with good support,raise-boring machine method was adopted. First,construct a hole of 1. 2 m in diameter by using raise-boring machine,then Install the sliding coal system. At last,coal bunker expansion is carried out from top to bottom,lower output coal sliding system was used to produce gangue. The top and bottom drilling and blasting construction was adopted,and then the air pick was used to extend the design section of the coal bunker,supporting of bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh was also adopted. The application showed that,the technology improved the degree of mechanization,speed up the formation of coal gangue warehouse transport system,reduce labor intensity,improve construction safety factor,tunneling efficiency increased 2 times,shortened the construction period,speeded up the mining area coal bunker construction speed.
