摘要
以刘国钧高等职业技术学校五年制化工专业为例,按照构建评价指标体系的指导思想和设计原则,以刘国钧先生"懂技术,会管理"朴素用人观的概念、内涵和专家意见为依据,结合五年制高职化工专业的特点,基于层次分析法构建人才评价体系,通过计算权重得出结论,学习能力和管理经验分别是评价技能人才和管理人才最关键的指标,以期能对五年制高职化工专业的人才质量评价提供参考。
According to the guidance and design principles of the evaluation system,an evaluation system is built up based on Mr Liu Guojun's employment view and expert advice.Mr Liu Guojun,a successful entrepreneur in China,holds his view that an employee with both skill and management abilities is a talent.In this paper,the author takes the chemical industry major in five-year Higher Vocational College as an example,using the method of APH,calculating Weights,and draws a conclusion that the key factors of evaluating the management talents and skilled talents are learning ability and management experience.The paper aims to offer references to evaluate the talents of chemical industry major in five-year higher vocational colleges.
