摘要
为了确保玉米精播机的播种质量,在结合了过去排种监测方法优缺点的基础上,设计了一种以3对红外发光二极管和光敏三极管交叉摆放为监测传感器的排种性能监测系统。该系统能够实现种粒信号拾取、种箱状态监测、漏播和重播警报等功能。工作时,光电传感器检测到的光电信号通过调理电路把数据传给单片机,如果检测到的数据满足种箱排空、种管阻塞或多粒重播,单片机就会给报警电路传输指令使其发生警报。试验结果表明:系统性能可靠且监测无盲区,检测误差率可控制在97.5%以内,能对玉米精密排种器排种性能进行精确监测,有助于提升播种机作业性能。
In order to ensure the seeding quality of the seeder,Basing on the advantages and disadvantages of other monitoring systems. This paper studies a kind of platoon monitoring system,This monitoring system consists of three infrared emitting diode and three light sensitive. The system can perform several functions,Capturing seed signal,Monitoring the state of the seed box,Alarming the leak seeds and the repeat seeds. Through shaping circuit,The photoelectric sensor detects the light signal and passes it to single-chip microcomputer. The single chip will send an alarm to the alarm circuit,If the detected data can satisfy a kind of empty box,pipe blocking or multicast. The test results show that the system performance is reliable and the blind zone is monitored,and the error rate can be controlled within 97. 5%. It can be used to accurately detect the performance of the row of maize precision platter,which can help to improve the performance of the seeder.
