摘要
目的:探讨依达拉奉对颅脑损伤急性脑水肿患者氧自由基及脑血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2019年1月我院收治的颅脑损伤急性脑水肿患者80例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予依达拉奉注射液(30 mg与100 mL0.9%的氯化钠注射液混合,静脉滴注,bid)治疗,比较两组氧自由基、脑血流动力学指标。结果:观察组治疗后丙二醛(MAD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、羟自由基(OH)含量均低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、颈总动脉平均血流速度(Vmean)、最小血流速度(Vmin)、平均血流量(Qmean)、最小血流量(Qmin)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:依达拉奉可有效改善颅脑损伤急性脑水肿患者的氧自由基水平,提高脑血流动力学水平,利于预后。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of edaravone on oxygen free radicals and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral edema after craniocerebral injury. Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral edema after craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 40 cases each. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone injection(30 mg injection was mixed with 100 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection, intravenous drip, bid) on the basis of the control group. The oxygen free radicals and cerebral hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of malondialdehyde(MAD), lipid peroxide(LPO) and hydroxyl radicals(OH) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD), mean carotid artery blood ?ow velocity(Vmean), minimum blood ?ow velocity(Vmin), mean blood ?ow(Qmean) and minimum blood ?ow(Qmin) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Edaravone can effectively improve the level of oxygen free radicals in the patients with acute cerebral edema after craniocerebral injury, improve cerebral hemodynamics and bene?t their prognosis.
