摘要

随着军队体制改革的不断深入,结合当前陆军装备维修保障中存在的矛盾与问题,明确新体制下陆军装备维修保障建设转型的基本原则和目标任务,从保障理论、维修体制、保障能力、维修训练和人才培养等方面,提出推进装备维修保障建设转型的对策与建议。
        With the deepening of military system reform,the paper firstly enumerated the contradictions and problems in current army equipment maintenance support. Then,it defines the basic principles and target tasks of army equipment maintenance support construction transformation under the new system. Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting transformation of equipment maintenance support construction from support theory,maintenance system,support capacity,maintenance training,and talent cultivation.
