基于模板的复进机快速设计技术研究

摘要
为了解决传统复进机设计计算繁琐、调整反复等问题,该文研究了基于模板的复进机快速设计技术。采用案例推理技术与参数化设计相结合的方法,通过VB编程实现复进机设计模板化,包括案例推理、尺寸参数计算、参数化设计的模板化,形成基于模板的复进机快速设计方法。以某典型单筒复进机设计为例,验证了该技术实现复进机快速正确设计的可行性。该文所提技术完成了复进机的一体化设计,提高了设计效率。
        In order to solve the problems of cumbersome calculation and repeated adjustment for the traditional recuperator design,the technology of template based rapid design for recuperators is studied in this paper. Adopting the design method combining case-based reasoning and parametric design methods,the template design of the recuperator including the templating of case-based reasoning,size dimension calculation and parametric design is realized through the VB programming,and the template based rapid design method for the recuperator is formed. Taking the design of a typical single-cylinder recuperator as an example,the feasibility of the technology for realizing rapid and correct design of the recuperator is verified. The template based rapid design technology proposed in this paper realizes the integration of the recuperator design and improves the design efficiency.
