开放式创新智力资源生态圈构建研究——来自云南中烟技术中心的案例

摘要
[目的/意义]构建面向开放式创新的智力资源生态圈能够为企业的人力资源规划和智力资源优化提供重要支撑,同时也为行业智库知识管理带来借鉴。[方法/过程]通过案例研究,分析云南中烟工业有限责任公司技术中心构建智力资源生态圈的设想和实施过程。[结果/结论 ]通过建设开放式创新智力资源生态圈,可对智力资源进行有效掌控和利用,并将其转化为技术中心的知识资产,实现知识资产的增值和传承。
[Purpose/significance] Building the open innovation intellectual resource ecosystem is the essential support for optimizing human resource and intellectual resource, and offering references for industrial think tanks. [Method/process] By the case study, this paper analyzed the design and process for the intellectual resource ecosystem of China tobacco Yunnan industrial company. [Result/conclusion] By building the open innovation intellectual resource ecosystem, it can control and utilize the intellectual resource, which makes knowledge assets of the technical center, realizing the added-value of knowledge assets and inheriting them.
