柴胡疏肝散联合佛手金贴治疗带状疱疹后神经痛

摘要
目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散联合佛手金贴治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将64例带状疱疹后神经痛患者按密闭信封法随机分成治疗组和对照组,各32例。对照组给予常规西医综合治疗,维生素B1+甲钴胺片+加巴喷丁胶囊。治疗组在此基础上给予柴胡疏肝散联合佛手金贴贴敷治疗。检测治疗前后外周血清P物质水平,进行疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,生存质量量表(quality of life,QOL)评分。比较两组患者治疗前后血清P物质水平、VAS评分、QOL评分及临床治疗效果,观察其临床疗效及安全性。结果:与治疗前比较,两组外周血清P物质水平以及VAS评分均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。与对照组比较,治疗组外周血清P物质水平以及VAS评分较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01),治疗组有效率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗组QOL评分升高明显,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论:柴胡疏肝散联合佛手金贴能显著减轻带状疱疹后神经痛患者的疼痛症状,明显改善患者生存质量,能有效降低血清P物质水平。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of chaihu shugan powder combined with foshou gold plaster in the treatment of posterior herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods: 64 elderly patients with posterior herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine comprehensive treatment of western medicine,vitamin B1 + Mecobalamin tablets + gabapentin capsules,and the treatment group was given chaihu shugan powder combined with foshou gold plaster therapy on this basis. Peripheral blood serum P substance levels before and after treatment,visual analogue VAS scores,quality of life QOL scale score were detected. Serum substance P levels,VAS scores,QOL scores,and clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy and safety were observed.Results: Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of substance P and VAS in the two groups were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Compared with the control group,the serum P substance level and VAS score in the treatment group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The effective rate was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The QOL score increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Chaihu sugan pwder combined with foshou gold plastertherapy can significantly alleviate the pain symptoms of elderly patients with posterior herpes zoster neuralgia,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and can effectively reduce serum substance P levels.
