摘要
本试验按照农业部NYT 772─2013标准构建了长度为487 bp的H9N2亚型禽流感病毒HA检测片段阳性质粒,并对该阳性质粒的特异性、敏感性和重复性进行了鉴定,获得了可用于检测H9N2亚型禽流感病毒HA片段的阳性质粒。该质粒在-20℃下即可保存,使用方便,不会污染环境,不存在散播病毒的危险。
        According to the NYT 772─2013 standard issued by Ministry of Agriculture,we constructed a 487-bp-long positive plasmid for detecting the HA fragment of H9 N2 subtype of avian influenza virus,identified the specificity,sensitivity and repeatability of this positive plasmid,and successfully obtained the positive plasmid which can be used to detect the HA fragment of H9 N2-subtype avian influenza virus. This positive plasmid can be stored at-20 ℃ and is easy to be used,and it has not dangers of spreading virus and polluting the environment.
