摘要
分析了现有埋地管道泄漏检测技术存在的不足,提出了一种基于示踪技术的燃气管道泄漏定位检测方法,并对示踪定位技术在埋地燃气管道泄漏检测的应用进行了详细描述。提出了示踪气体的选择原则,并通过分析四氢噻吩、SF6、氢气、氦气等示踪气体在管道泄漏检测中的优缺点,总结了氢气、氦气作为新型示踪气体在燃气管道泄漏定位的技术原理及其优质特性,并通过技术应用实践验证了示踪气体定位技术的有效性和准确性。
Based on the analysis of the state-of-the-art leak detection techniques for buried gas pipelines, this paper proposes a leak location method based on tracer method, and gives a detailed description of its application on gas pipeline leak test. The choosing principle of the tracer gas is brought up, and by the analysis of the relative metrics of several tracer gas options—Tetrahydrothiophene, Sulfur hexafluoride, Hydrogen and Helium. The outstanding properties of Hydrogen and Helium as tracer on pipeline leak detection as well as the working principle are summarized. Application practice is completed to validate the effectiveness and accuracy of leak detection using the technique proposed.
