摘要

教育需要法治保障,依法治教是依法治国在教育领域的具体体现。抓学习教育,增强法治理念;抓制度机制,夯实法治基础;抓机构队伍,做强法治力量;抓指导监督,提升执法效能,是实现教育治理能力和治理体系现代化的必由之路,也是实现教育共治善治的基本途径。
        Education needs to be guaranteed by the rule of law,administering education according to law is the embodiment of governing the country by law in the field of education.Pay attention to study the law to strengthen the legal concept;Grasp the mechanism of institution to consolidate the foundation of rule of law;enlarge the team of institutions to strengthen the force of rule of law and emphasize guidance and supervision to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement.It is not only the way to realize the modernization of governance capabilities and systems in education,but also the basic way to realize good governance in education.
