摘要
高炉炉顶成像系统是监控检测高炉的主要设备之一,实施对高炉上部料面环境的监控。监控范围包括高炉内部料面形状、气流情况、溜槽、溜槽布料情况、探尺、喷咀、喷水、冷却壁等炉内设备的实时工作情况。通过对原有高炉炉顶成像系统存在的问题进行分析,探讨成像系统的改进措施,介绍了应用新型高炉炉顶热成像仪系统后的效果。对及时了解和掌握高炉炉喉的料面情况及煤气流的分布状况,调整高炉操作,维护炉况顺行和稳定,改善各项技经指标起到重要作用。
        The imaging system on the top of BF is one of the main equipment for BF operators to monitor and detect the BF. Its main purpose is to monitor the environment of the upper material surface in the BF, and can monitor the shape of the materials in the BF, the air flow, the chute, and the real time work of the equipment in the furnace, such as the probe, the nozzle, the spray water, and the cooling wall. It is important for the operators of BFs to understand and master the materials of the BF throat and the distribution of gas flow, to adjust the operation of the BF, to maintain the smooth and stable condition of the furnace condition, and to improve the indexes of the various technical and economic conditions.
