摘要
对传统PID和模糊PID控制的铸造V_3TiNi_(0.56)Cr_(0.35)合金的组织、吸氢性能和充放电循环性能进行了对比与分析。结果表明:与常规PID控制相比,采用模糊PID控制时合金的平均晶粒尺寸减小了3.5μm,吸氢120 min后的吸氢量增大了0.139%,充放电循环8次后的放电容量增大了83 mA·h/g。为了提高铸造V_3TiNi_(0.56)Cr_(0.35)合金的组织和储氢性能,熔炼和浇注过程控制方法优选模糊PID控制。
The microstructures hydrogen absorption properties and charge discharge cycle of the V_3TiNi_(0.56)Cr_(0.3) alloy cast by the traditional PID and fuzzy PID control were compared and analyzed. The results show that: compared with the conventional PID control, the average grain size of the alloy cast by the fuzzy PID control decreases by 3.5 μm, after absorbing hydrogen for 120 min, the hydrogen storage capacity increases by 0.139%, the charge discharge cycle discharge capacity after 8 times increases by 83 mA·h/g. In order to improve the microstructure and hydrogen storage properties of V_3TiNi_(0.56)Cr_(0.35) cast alloy, the control method is optimized by fuzzy PID control during melting and pouring process.
