摘要
以海水脱硫系统为研究对象,明确系统工作原理及主要影响参数,对Minitab软件中DOE模块进行了阐明,并利用DOE模块进行了海水脱硫系统试验分析及设计,在假设试验脱硫效率的基础上介绍了脱硫系统DOE试验设计具体工作流程及可以得到的分析和优化的结果,明确采用DOE设计与单因子设计的区别,进一步确定采用DOE进行脱硫系统设计是十分高效的。
The seawater desulfurization system is taken as the research object.The working principle and main influencing parameters of the system are clarified.DOE in Minitab software module is introduced.The DOE module is used to test and design the seawater desulfurization system.On the basis of the hypothesis test desulphurization efficiency,desulfurization system is introduced in this paper.The results of analysis and optimization can be obtained.This paper clearly distinguishes the difference between DOE design and single factor design.The results further determine the DOE for the desulfurization system design is very efficient.
