摘要

根据相关工艺要求,对药瓶灌装生产线中的药瓶包装单元进行系统设计。以PLC为核心控制整个药瓶包装单元的动作,利用工业机器人进行药瓶的搬运装盒、贴标,采用RFID技术对药盒标签进行信息写入。介绍系统中的西门子RFID组态及编程,ABB工业机器人的输入输出配置、程序块设计,PLC程序流程及程序块的设计。
        In terms of the relevant technological requirements,pharmaceutical bottle packaging which is one part of the whole filling production line is designed in this paper. PLC is used as the core controller of the packaging and industrial robot is used to carry the bottles,box them and label them. The information on the labels is written with RFID technology. The paper also introduces the configuration and programming of Siemens RFID,the design of program block and the input and output of ABB industrial robot,and the work process and the design of program block of PLC as well.
