多边公共平台的社会网络结构研究

摘要
多边公共平台不同于传统的产品生产平台与技术平台,具有优良的社会网络结构及效率优势,以支撑降低交易成本、促进合作共治和服务创新的平台功能。其社会网络结构的根本特征在于治权开放、资源共享和把多边群体联结起来的互动合作。描述平台结构最重要的方式是绘图,在多边公共平台构成要素分析的基础上借鉴企业平台生态圈结构,构建了多边公共平台的参与者网络、价值网络与运行网络等模型。
        Multi-sided public platform, differing from traditional production platform or technology platform, has excellent social network structure and efficiency advantage, which could support the functions of reducing transaction cost, and promoting cooperative governance and service innovation. The basic characteristics of the social network structure lie in openness of governance power, sharing of resources and interaction and cooperation of the groups. Drawing is the best way to describe platform structure. On the basis of the elements analysis and reference on the business ecosystem structure, the models of participant network, value network and operation network of multi-sided public platforms are constructed.
