小议“泻必用方,补必用员”

摘要
补泻之法是中医临床治疗大法之一,临床应用时多遵从虚证用补、实证用泻的总原则。《素问·八正神明论篇》提出的"泻必用方,补必用员"应用指导,历代医家多从针刺时机的选择、针刺手法的不同进行补泻应用理解。笔者通过《素问·八正神明论篇》的学习,对其中"泻必用方,补必用员"进行相关查证,认为补泻员方不但是针刺补泻原则的说明,更是临床补泻治疗时机的选择总则:即泻之用方,以气盛方泻,补之用员,以血气更替得神而员,谨守其机补泻方能不失。并进一步提出对临床学习的启示与思考:在经典学习当中应更注重医理原理的把握,而非具体字句的拘泥不化。
Method of reinforcing and reducing is one of the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical application with many deficiency syndrome with reinforcing,the general principle of empirical with reducing. The theory about that the reinforcing techniques should be used with Fang and the reducing techniques must be used with Yuan is from Plain Question,whitch has be started with reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy in the past by traditional Chinese medicine doctors. Through the study of Plain Questiong the author has carried out relevant investigations on the theory of Fang and Yuan. It is believed that the theory is not only the explanation of the principle of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy,but also the general rule of clinical reinforcing and reducing treatment.Besides,it also propose the enlightenment and thinking of clinical learning was also proposed.
