花宝金运用半夏泻心汤治疗结肠癌经验

摘要
花宝金教授主张在肿瘤的不同发病阶段采用不同的治疗方法灵活化裁,扶正不留邪,祛邪不伤正。花教授遣方用药主张"以和为期",扶正培本联合抗癌解毒及活血化瘀等治则相结合,用药尽量选用药性平和之品缓缓图之,将药性不同或相反的药物组成药对配合使用,以维持方药平衡。花教授常用太子参配白术与茯苓灵活化裁健脾益气化湿,白芍与赤芍配伍补血凉血活血,用于结肠癌术后阴虚血瘀患者,紫苏梗与荷梗配伍理气宽中,泽泻和泽兰配伍用于晚期结肠癌腹水患者,藤梨根与蛇莓合用清热解毒抗癌,龙葵与白英合用增强抗肿瘤作用等。同时,结肠癌的治疗宜顺应六腑的生理特性,以"通降"为基本治则,在结肠癌术后和化疗阶段,应注重调畅气机、扶正健脾。此外,花教授善用经方化裁,常用辛开苦降之代表方半夏泻心汤治疗消化道肿瘤。
Professor Hua Baojin advocates the flexible use of different treatment methods in different stages of the tumor,so as to protect the righteousness when dispeling Evil factors and not to remain the Evil factors when strengthening the righteousness. Professor Hua's advocates the use of medicine is aimed at " reaching the balance of Yin and Yang",and the combination of Fuzheng Peiben and anti-cancer detoxification and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and try to use medicines with even characters or combine with the opposite medicines to maintain the balance of the prescription. Professor Hua commonly use Taizishen with Atractylodes macrocephala to tonify Spleen,tonify Qi and dispel Dampness. White peony and Red peony are used in combination to cool blood and improve blood circulation for postoperative patients of colon cancer with Yin deficiency and blood stasis. Perilla stem and lotus stem are used in combination to regulate Qi movement. Alisma and Herba lycopiare used to treat patients with advanced colon cancer ascites. Rattan root and Snakeberry are combined to achieve heat-clearing,detoxifying and anticancer. Solanum nigrum L. and solanum lyratum are combined to enhance anti-tumor effect. At the same time,the treatment of colon cancer should follow the physiological characteristics of Liu Fu,with " helping passing down" as the basic rule. In the postoperative and chemotherapy stage of colon cancer,attention should be paid to smoothing the Qi and strengthening the Spleen. In addition,Professor Hua has made good use of prescriptions,and he often uses Banxie Xiexin Decoction to treat digestive tract tumors.
