摘要
目的了解2014年广州市生吃水产品中创伤弧菌的污染状况,对可能发生的创伤弧菌疾病进行预测和预报。方法按照国家食源性疾病监测网监测方案中创伤弧菌检验方法进行检验。结果 146份水产品中检出创伤弧菌98份,阳性率为67.12%,其中生吃海产品检出率为66.67%(44/66),生吃淡水鱼检出率为67.50%(54/80)。不同季度生吃海产品创伤弧菌的检出率差异有统计学意义,不同月份生吃淡水鱼创伤弧菌的检出率差异有统计学意义。结论 2014年创伤弧菌在广州市生吃水产品中污染严重,政府部门应该加强监测。
Objective To understand the contamination status of vibrio vulnificus bacteria in raw aquatic products in Guangzhou,predict the vibrio vulnificus disease. Methods Vibrio vulnificus was detected according to the national foodborne disease surveillance network monitoring scheme. Results 146 samples were detected,98 strains of pathogens were detected with an overall positive rate of 67. 12%. Raw seafood had the positive rate of 66. 67%( 44/66),raw fresh water fish had the positive rate of67. 50%(54/80). There was statistical significance in the detection rate of the raw sea fish among different seasons. There was no statistical significance in the detection rate of the raw fresh water fish among different months. Conclusion The contamination status of vibrio vulnificus bacteria in raw aquatic products in Guangzhou was serious.
