同井注采井封窜后产量预测方法研究

摘要
油田进入中高含水期后,产出水的处理问题越来越突出,而同井注采技术可实现在井下对产出液进行油水分离。分离出的水经注入泵回注到油层,而含油较高的油水混合物经采出泵被举升至地面。但是一旦对产出层实施封窜作业,封窜层段的产液能力无法判断,进而无法给定注采层段的合理配产,而正常生产过程中生产管柱无法起出,进而很难通过测井的方法判定封窜之后产液能力,因此有必要根据油藏工程的方法对同井注采井封窜作业之后的产液能力进行理论研究。笔者根据现场实际情况对比3种计算方法,对其进行优选和优化。最终结合IPR曲线法,利用Matlab软件拟合沃格尔方程,计算同井注采井封窜之后产液量的变化规律。与实际产液量相比,该方法计算封窜后产液量与实际相比平均相对误差为26.36%。
        After the oil field enters the middle and high water cut period,the treatment of the output water is becoming more and more prominent.The injection production technology in the same well can separate the oil from water of the output liquid in the underground.The separated water is injected into the reservoir through injection pump,and the oil-water mixture by high oil extraction pump is lifted to the ground.Once the output layer was plugging operated,sealing layer of liquid production capacity can not be judged as a result that reasonable injection production of layers can not be given,and the production string can not be out during the normal production process which makes it difficult to determine the sealing after the liquid producing capacity by logging method,so it is necessary to carry out the theoretical study on dysmenorrhea after injection well plugging operation of the liquid producing capacity by using reservoir engineering methods.According to the actual situation of the field,three methods of calculation were compared and optimized.Finally,the change law of the amount of liquid production after the injection and production well in the same well is calculated.Researchers fit the Vogel equation by combining the IPR curve method and using the Matlab software.The average relative error of the method is26.36%compared with the actual amount of liquid production.
