荷斯坦公犊牛育肥研究进展
摘要
荷斯坦公犊牛育肥可增加肉牛供给数量,一定程度上缓解当前牛肉需求旺盛而产能不足导致的供需失衡问题。本文概述了国内外荷斯坦公犊牛育肥研究进展以及肉牛生产中的动物福利问题,以期为我国肉牛生产和肉牛的福利研究提供参考。
