摘要

首先,分析了地方行业特色型高校建设一流学科的必要性,指出地方行业特色型高校存在办学定位不准确、贪大求全、同质化倾向严重、学科特色弱化等问题。其次,对基于全国第四轮学科评估结果和ESI学科排名的地方行业特色型高校一流学科的建设现状进行分析,指出打破身份固化,引入动态调整机制和避免重复交叉可以为地方行业特色型高校建设一流学科提供发展机遇。最后,提出了地方行业特色型高校应从科学定位、内涵发展、发展特色、扎根地方、加强国际合作五个方面加强一流学科建设。
        This paper firstly analyzes the necessity of constructing first-class disciplines at local industry-specific universities,and points out problems of these universities such as inaccurate positioning,excessive expansion,serious homogeneity,and weakened discipline features.Then,it surveys the status quo of the first-class discipline construction based on the results of the fourth round disciplinary evaluation and ESI subject rankings,and points out potential opportunities for the construction if breaking identity solidification,introducing dynamic adjustment mechanism and avoiding repetition and crossover.Finally,it proposes approaches for strengthening the first-class discipline construction from five aspects: scientific orientation,connotation development,development features,local development and strengthened international cooperation.
