摘要
工程硕士培养模式是工程教育的核心要素,探索适合中国国情的工程硕士培养体系更是培养符合时代要求的优秀工程人才的关键。本研究对全球公认顶尖理工科院校的工程培养模式进行个案剖析,并研究发达国家高校、政府及企业各方对产教融合下背景下的工程硕士培养的支持。该研究结果可为我国产学研背景下工程硕士培养提供来自顶尖高校和发达国家的经验借鉴。
        The training mode of Master of Engineering is the core element of engineering education, and exploring the training system of Master of Engineering that is suitable for China's national conditions is the key to cultivating excellent engineering talents in line with the requirements of society. This study analyzes the engineering training mode of globally recognized top universities, and studies the support of universities, governments and enterprises in developed countries for the training of engineering masters under the background of industry-education integration.The results of this study can provide a reference for the cultivation of engineering masters in China's industry-university-research background from top universities and developed countries.
