提高综采放顶煤工作面回采率的措施研究

摘要
在介绍综采放顶煤工艺流程的基础上,分析了煤炭损失原因,提出了提高放顶煤开采回采率的措施,主要有减少初采损失、端头损失、放煤工艺损失、末采损失,合理选择支架型号、放煤步距,提高放煤工技术素质等。分析认为,研究提高放顶煤开采回采率的措施,并积极应用到实践中,才能更好地保障综采放顶煤开采的高产、高效。
Based on the introduction of the fully mechanized top coal caving process, analyzes the causes of the loss of coal caving mining, put forward to improve the recovery rate of the main measures to reduce initial loss of production,loss of end, loss of caving technology, end mining loss, reasonable selection of support types, reasonable selection of coal caving step distance, improve the technical quality coal industry. Analysis shows that researching to improve the top coal caving mining recovery measures and actively applied to the practice, in order to better protect the fully mechanized top coal caving mining with high yield, high efficiency.
